WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY:

Conditions Apply:
  • Please notify the shop immediately upon receiving and unpacking your order if there are any issues, such as defective or damaged goods due to shipping or manufacturing errors.
  • The items must still be in new condition, with the price tag, invoice intact, and unopened.
Acceptable Cases:
We accept returns in the following cases:
  • The delivered goods are not the correct size or model as ordered.
  • The quantity received is less than what was ordered.
  • Exceptions to Policy Application:
The following scenarios do not meet the conditions for our refund/return policy:
  • Goods returned to the shop more than 7 days after the customer received them.
  • Returning items that are not the correct design and are not products of our shop.
  • Personal preferences such as not liking the product, it not fitting, ordering the wrong size or color, etc.
Note When Purchasing:
  • Please be aware that due to variations in monitors and lighting conditions, the product color in photos may differ slightly by 1-3% from the actual item.
